Start with the original fan-organizer account or event page, not a screenshot aggregator. Save the current notice, update thread and contact channel, then identify who controls the event and which cafe hosts it.
Watch out A tourism article explains the culture but cannot prove that this event exists today. Do not interpret a fan event as artist or agency endorsement.
Match the event dates, daily operating window, final order, Korean address, floor, building entrance and branch name. Reopen the notice on arrival day and save the complete return from that address.

Watch out A cafe chain or similarly named venue can have several branches. An old pin, repost or previous year's event may lead to the wrong door.
Check reservation, queue ticket, age or companion rule, one-order minimum, event set, takeaway, seat time, payment and accessibility before joining the line. Translate the full notice rather than only its poster headline.

Watch out Entry, a seat, a photo zone and a benefit can each have a different rule. Ask staff when the notice and the on-site board differ.
Use the marked queue and keep the cafe doorway, neighboring businesses, homes, stairs, pavement and accessible route open. Join only when staff allows it and leave the area if the queue is closed or dispersed.
Watch out Do not create an unofficial line, reserve space for absent friends, sit in a stairwell or crowd around an artist or organizer who appears unexpectedly.
Read the menu and total, confirm ingredients and caffeine, then place the required order through the stated counter or kiosk. Keep the receipt until the drink, food and eligible event set are complete.

Watch out A birthday-cafe visit is still a cafe transaction. Do not occupy a seat, photo zone or benefit line without meeting the current order rule.
Separate the basic order benefit from first-come gifts, quantity tiers, lucky draws, paid merchandise and fan sharing. Count what staff hands over at the counter and accept a sold-out notice without pressuring them.

Watch out A display can show the full event collection. It does not mean one order receives every item, and fan-made goods are not automatically official merchandise.
Follow the posted photo-zone and video rules, frame your own drink or belongings and ask before moving props. Avoid faces, voices, staff screens and full copyrighted videos or music in a public upload.

Watch out Permission to photograph a decorated wall is not permission to film other visitors or republish every image, video and song displayed inside.
Return shared props, clear the table, sort cups and packaging under the cafe's instructions and take personal fan goods with you. Leave before the saved last useful train and publish only after exiting.
Watch out Remove faces, receipts, order numbers, payment data and live location. Do not carry cafe drinks onto transport where open containers are restricted or likely to spill.

It is commonly a fan-organized temporary cafe event celebrating an artist or other subject through decorations, drinks, photo zones and fan-made benefits. The event is not automatically official or attended by the artist.
Use current fan-organizer notices and search by the travel dates and district, then verify the original post, update thread and exact cafe. Tourism articles are cultural orientation, not live inventory.
