1330 Korea Travel Helpline

1330 is the Korea Tourism Organization's travel helpline. Use it for non-emergency travel information and for help with interpretation, for example when you need to explain something to staff, a taxi driver or a clinic. It does not replace emergency services: - Call 112 for police and 119 for fire, rescue or a medical emergency. - In a medical emergency, call 119 first; use 1330 afterwards if you still need interpretation. Check the official page for the current languages and service hours before you depend on it.
