KTX high-speed trains and conventional KORAIL trains are booked through KORAIL's official website or the KORAIL+ app. Booking - Search the exact departure and arrival station names from your itinerary and check them again before paying. Large cities have more than one station. - Pick a departure you can realistically reach with luggage, allowing time to find the platform. - Save the mobile ticket, train number, car and seat where you can open them without data. On the day - Match the train number and time on the station's departure board and follow the platform it shows; the board wins over earlier information. - To change or cancel, use the same official channel and check the current deadline and fee first.
