What can still change

• This is a one-evening decision guide, not a fixed lighting schedule or a promise to complete six attractions. Blue hour, the public shore, one optional upgrade, food, photography and return are decision layers.
• The official Yeosu Marine Park guide describes a roughly 1.5-kilometer public waterfront between Yi Sun-sin Square and the Hamel side. Use only the section that current surfaces, barriers, crowds, weather, lighting and mobility allow.
• Arrive before full darkness when practical so the accommodation direction, crossings, path edges and transport stops are easier to understand. Clouds and date decide the sky; no page can guarantee sunset color.
• Bridge and waterfront lighting can change for maintenance, energy policy, weather, events or municipal decisions. Never publish a fixed switch-on time or guarantee a specific color sequence without a same-day official notice.
• The public waterfront is the complete default. Do not imply that a visitor must buy a cable-car, cruise or night-bus ticket to experience the Yeosu night sea.
• Pick at most one paid upgrade. Each option has a different boarding point, check-in process, cutoff, duration, accessibility, cancellation and return; stacking them creates brittle transfers and encourages unsafe rushing.
• For the marine cable car, check the current operator notice for operation, boarding station, one-way versus round-trip ticket, queue, last boarding and the route back. Wind, lightning, rain, maintenance or congestion can alter service.
• For a night cruise or yacht, verify the named vessel, licensed operator, exact pier, check-in cutoff, identity requirement, route, weather alternative, life-jacket and cancellation terms. The city's directory is a discovery source, not a live availability guarantee.
• Do not advertise fireworks as a standard Yeosu night-sea feature. Firework sailings are dated products and can change, sell out or be cancelled; use only the exact operator confirmation for the booked date.
• Yeosu's municipal Romantic Bus page currently lists special 2026 programming and a separate night-course pattern. Treat it as a reservation-based dated product, not an always-running public bus; reopen the page before every post or booking.
• The city bus page links to the current Yeosu traffic-information system. Save the exact Korean stop, direction and one earlier useful departure; an old route number, timetable screenshot or social comment is not reliable proof.
• Romantic Pocha has a municipal location and operation page, but individual stalls, menus, queues, closures and prices can vary. Check the actual stall and complete payable total rather than treating the district as one restaurant.
• Seafood and alcohol are optional. Ask about fish, shellfish, molluscs, anchovy or seafood broth, pork, soy, wheat, sesame, chilli, alcohol and cross-contact before ordering; choose a simpler meal when communication is uncertain.
• Do not pressure anyone to drink. Follow personal medical guidance, alternate with water, keep the group together and never drive, cycle, swim, climb a coastal edge or board another vessel after drinking.
• A person who is difficult to wake, breathing slowly or irregularly, vomiting repeatedly, having a seizure or showing blue or pale skin needs emergency help. Call 119, keep them on their side when safe and do not leave them alone.
• Stay on public, stable ground for photos. Do not enter traffic, private rooftops, working piers, boats without a ticket, wave-washed rocks, breakwaters or fenced maintenance areas, even when an image generator depicts a dramatic angle.
• Ask permission before publishing identifiable performers, staff, residents, diners or children. A public walkway does not erase privacy, performance rights, event rules or commercial-filming requirements.
• Match a licensed taxi's plate and vehicle, use the meter or lawful stated fare method and keep the trip record. Do not accept an unsolicited ride or follow a tout to an unmarked vehicle.
• Use the Korea Meteorological Administration for wind, rain, lightning, heat, cold and severe-weather warnings. Official closures, barriers, operator instructions and on-site control always outrank this guide.
• Save the accommodation's Korean name, address, entrance and contact before sunset. Carry a charged phone and independent return funds; call 1330 for multilingual travel support, 112 for police and 119 for fire or medical help.
