Reporting content
The fastest route is inside the product. Every post, comment, profile, and message has a report action, and reporting immediately removes the content from advertising while a moderator reviews it. You can also block a traveler from Messages. Reporting someone does not notify them.
Correcting a place, event, or guide
Every public page shows the date we last checked it and a link to the official source. If something has changed — hours, fares, a closure, a cancelled event — tell us which page and what changed. Corrections to the record matter more to us than removing the page.
Privacy and account deletion
You can schedule deletion yourself from Settings. Sessions are revoked immediately and deletion follows a seven-day recovery window. For data access, correction, or deletion questions, write to privacy@mycorepick.com. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
Safety concerns
For urgent concerns about the safety of the service or its users, write to safety@mycorepick.com and read the safety guidelines.
We are not an emergency service. In Korea, call 112 for police, 119 for fire and ambulance, or 1330 for the government travel helpline, which provides interpretation.
Copyright and attribution
Rights notices go to privacy@mycorepick.com. The content and copyright policy explains what to include and how removal propagates to derived images and share cards.
Advertising and partnerships
Advertising is not enabled yet and we are not accepting sponsored placements. The advertising disclosure sets out the rules that will apply when we do, including labelling that cannot be hidden.
Response times
Korea Now is run by a very small team. Safety reports are handled first, then privacy requests and copyright notices, then corrections and general questions. We would rather answer honestly and late than promise a response time we cannot hold.
