What can still change

• This is not a ranked list, an eight-stop itinerary or a paid business directory. It groups eight public coastal search gateways into East, South, West and Jeju alternatives; choose one coast already attached to the real trip.
• Map pins represent durable public beaches, trails or districts, not exact cafe entrances. Search the Korean zone name in Naver Map or Kakao Map, then verify the current business name, branch, road address and owner notice before navigating.
• A tourism page, old social post or saved map never proves today's opening, last order, queue, reservation, minimum order, terrace, parking, pet, child, laptop, group, photography or seat-time policy.
• A coastal address does not guarantee an ocean-facing seat, clear weather, visible water, low tide, sunset or a safe outdoor terrace. Accept the scene available without pressuring staff or blocking another guest.
• Check the Korea Meteorological Administration warning and local coastal conditions. Strong wind, waves, fog, heat, cold, lightning and darkness can make an optional shore walk unsuitable even when a cafe remains open.
• For the west coast, consult official tide context but do not enter tidal flats, wet rocks, breakwaters, closed shore or water without a permitted, supervised activity. Low tide is not permission and swimming is never implied by this guide.
• Protect the return before ordering: Gangneung and Sokcho local buses, Dolsan and Taean rural links, Yeongjong airport transfers and Jeju cross-island buses can be less forgiving than a central-city cafe stop.
• Masian is not a casual short-layover promise. Leave the airport only when immigration or entry status, luggage, terminal transfer, traffic, security and a generous boarding buffer all work for the ticket actually held.
• Ask the exact venue about a step-free entrance, lift, threshold, accessible restroom, wheelchair or stroller route, terrace surface and chair seating. A beautiful coast or ground-floor photo does not prove usable access.
• Ask about caffeine, dairy, egg, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, molluscs, gelatin, honey, alcohol-derived ingredients and shared equipment for the exact current order; scenery is not a dietary certification.
• Ask before filming staff or guests. Keep faces, children, receipts, payment screens, order numbers, license plates and private property out of posts, and never trespass for an unobstructed window shot.
• Generated campaign art is generic and does not depict, recommend or certify a named cafe, current building, menu, accessible path, water level, weather, view or sunset.
